CEO & Lead Consultant
Brett is a clinically trained Social Worker and Executive Professional with extensive experience in program management, community partnerships, and organizational leadership. She specializes in strength-based practices and excels at developing innovative strategies to enhance program impact, foster inclusivity, and drive positive outcomes.​ Brett has over 20 years of experience working with people including 7 years of supervisory leadership experience and over 6 years of executive leadership. Currently serving as the Executive Director of a county-wide organization, Brett is experienced in implementing systems to support professional and organizational growth. In 2024, her organization received the Great Place to Work Certification demonstrating her leadership ability to influence organizational culture shifts and dedication to foster positive work environments.

With a Master of Social Work and certification in Organizational Leadership, Brett brings a unique blend of skills to help businesses improve workplace culture and morale. She leverages expertise in human behavior, conflict resolution, and inclusive leadership to create supportive, empathetic environments that build trust and credibility among leaders. Brett's commitment to helping organizations operate at their full potential is evident in her active involvement in community boards and advisory committees in her community. Recognized for her contributions, Brett has received multiple awards, including the 2022 Commonwealth Heroine Award from the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women and received the 40 Under 40 in 2018 . She has also been featured in an interview by 1Berkshire in their Women in Business series and recognized in the Berkshire Eagle in honor of Women’s History Month in March of 2024.
