Brett brings the perfect mix of heart and strategy to leadership development. A clinically trained Social Worker turned Executive Leader, she’s spent over 20 years helping people and organizations be their absolute best. From frontline support to the C-suite, Brett knows what it takes to build workplaces that feel good and function even better.

With a Master’s in Social Work and a certification in Organizational Leadership, Brett blends deep knowledge of human behavior with real-world executive experience. She’s led teams, launched innovative programs, and overhauled systems—all while staying true to her people-first approach. Her superpowers? Strength-based leadership, inclusive strategy, and turning “we should” into “we did.”

Currently serving as Executive Director of a county-wide organization (which just earned Great Place to Work Certification under her leadership, by the way!), Brett knows how to lead culture change that sticks. She’s also a board member, mentor, and award-winning changemaker—including being named a 2022 Commonwealth Heroine and part of the 40 Under 40 Class of 2018.
Whether she’s coaching executives, guiding teams through tough transitions, or speaking on inclusive leadership, Brett is all about making work a place where people thrive—not just survive.
